General Information about HDR Educational Services

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of Attendance listing workshop title, location, date, contact hours, presenter's name and sponsor's name will be handed out at the conclusion of the workshop. This will enable you to register your credit with the appropriate licensing board or association.

Florida CEUs

PT Professionals: These workshops have been submitted to the Florida Physical Therapy Association, Continuing Education Department for the contact hours outlined in the workshop description. OT Professionals: These workshops have been submitted to CE Broker for approval through the Florida OT Board for the contact hours outlined in the workshop description.

Minnesota CEUs

Approval for continuing education credit hours has been applied for from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice for Physical Therapy Category One approval. PT workshops also meet the criteria for North Dakota continuing education. Occupational Therapists are responsible for determining whether the workshop meets their requirements for acceptable continuing education. SLP workshops have been submitted for approval to the North Dakota SLP Board. HDR is approved by the Minnesota Department of Health to sponsor continuing education activities in speech-language pathology and audiology. The workshops offered are directly related to speech-language pathology.

Ohio CEUs

OT Professionals: This workshop has been submitted to the Ohio OTPTAT Board for CE approval for the contact hours outlined. 

Confirmations

Confirmation will be sent via email within three days of receipt of your registration. If you have special needs or require assistance, please notify us at least 14 days prior to the workshop. If you have questions, please call 1-800-243-5383 or email us.

You are considered registered when HDR has received your payment. Workshops will be filled on a first-paid, first-registered basis. A phone call and/or message does not constitute a guaranteed spot in a workshop. If a workshop is filled we will notify you and place you on a waiting list and you will be contacted if space becomes available.

HDR is not responsible for any non refundable travel plans you make.

Cancellations

Cancellations received 10 days prior to the workshop will receive a refund less a $25.00 administrative fee. There are no refunds for cancellations received later; a credit voucher will be issued towards a future workshop (these do not expire). If we must cancel for any reason, our liability is limited to the cost of your payment. If you register and do not attend, you are still liable for the payment.
